I began at SJCCS in: Fall 2016
I have taught both in public and private schools in South Carolina, Germany, Ohio, and Georgia. The first 20 years were spent working with elementary school children, while the last 16 years have been guiding middle school students.
My husband and I live in a historic home in North Anderson. We have three grown children who live out of state. During my free time, I enjoy reading, sewing, walking, painting, and creating.
I am an educator who has given three decades toward developing students who leave my classroom more independent, better thinkers and problem solvers, who treat others with empathy and respect. I teach students the importance of kindness and model it everyday.
